ARE YOU COMPLIANT WITH THESE NEW LAWS?
PLASTIC BAG BAN (OCTOBER 2021)
Thin, single-use plastic bags are banned statewide. Large paper bags and thick reusable plastic bags can be provided to customers for 8 cents apiece.
“SKIP THE STUFF” LAW (JANUARY 2022)
Single-use items cannot be automatically provided to customers. Utensils, condiments, and straws must be requested by the customer.
