The SustainAbility Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Team at Hill’s Pet Nutrition hired Blue Daisi Consulting to foster a culture of sustainability among Hill’s employees.

In our first year working together, we coordinated monthly challenges and facilitated quarterly virtual workshops that engaged over 200 employees in building zero waste habits while they worked from home.

Currently, in our second year working together, we are focusing on maintaining these new habits and bringing the zero waste mindset employees have gained back into the office and their roles at work.
